Earth Observation Data Access and User Services: User Satisfaction Survey 2022

ESA regularly organises a user survey as part of its efforts to improve continuously the range and quality of the data and services it offers. By filling in the questionnaire, users can provide valuable feedback on their experience of using data from ESA’s Heritage Missions, Earth Explorers, Third Party Missions, Copernicus Sentinel Missions or Copernicus Contributing Missions, and users can also provide inputs regarding future needs.
